Dedicated Engineers
We assign two individuals to your account. One technician is to handle your day-to-day support and the other to act as a backup in case the primary is unavailable. This way we are not relearning your environment continually, thus saving you money.
All of our field personnel are either: Microsoft, Cisco or Security Certified. Why does it matter to you if the person is certified? A certified engineer earns their certification by taking a battery of tests to insure they can handle any environment situation. Certified engineers typically correct problems much faster than non-certified technicians.
Priority Response
If your server goes down we guarentee priority response regardless if you have a maintenance contract with us or not. Your business comes first.
